Arpana Rani Das is a dedicated member of UMUS and has been working for over 10 years in various NGO programs. With a Master's in Arts (MA), she brings a wealth of knowledge in social work and community development. Arpana focuses on women's empowerment and education programs, helping to ensure that the voices of marginalized women are heard and supported through policy advocacy and fieldwork.
